Immco Diagnostics, Inc. is seeking a full-time experienced Desktop Support Analyst to work on-site to support first and second level customer/business contacts for the troubleshooting and resolution of end use technical incidents. Responsibilities include addressing user tickets with regard to hardware, software and networking, assisting customers through installing applications and computer peripherals, diagnose problems, etc.

Experience with remote troubleshooting, follow-up, and providing step-by-step direction and developing technical documentation and manuals is necessary. This position requires a “think outside the box” individual who is professional, timely, with proven successful ability to resolve issues to ensure end user satisfaction.
Two (2) year’s experience as a Desktop Support Technician (or similar role), Associates degree, or combination of experience and education required.

Candidate must have the ability to travel to local company sites on a regular basis and also Canada (limited basis).

Salary: $45,000 per year
