Customer Service in Williamsville, NY

Salary Range: $16.00-$20.00 per hour

The Customer Service position requires a dynamic personality, strong phone skills, detail orientated, order processing and servicing customers accurately and efficiently. Full-time positions available.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Answer and service inbound calls from existing retail accounts
• Order processing with accuracy and efficiency
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries
• Learn and maintain current brand, product, and industry knowledge
• Work well in a team environment, sharing a common goal
• General customer service duties
• Assist throughout the office as necessary

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
• Ability to multi-task, managing time effectively and results oriented
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Ability to interact with customers over the phone and email
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• High school or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:
• Customer service & phones: 1 year (required)
• Inside sales or retail jewelry experience is a plus

Job Type:
• Full-time, 8-hour shift Monday-Friday, in office
• Williamsville, NY
