Customer Service Representatives - Getzville, NY $17/hour
Primary job duties include handling calls from customers in New York City with inquiries and issues regarding the use of their mobile app/account when using public transportation throughout the city. The representative will be responsible for providing professional, knowledgeable, and courteous call support. An onsite presence in Getzville will be required for an initial minimum of 90 days and then upon performance review, a hybrid schedule may be offered. Generous performance and attendance bonuses offered! These are full-time, long-term positions with WEEKLY pay! Schedules available will be 10am-7pm or 11 am-8pm and will include weekend days. Start Monday 7/28/25.
