Customer Service Representative in Kenmore, NY

Salary Range: $17 - $20 per hour based on experience

At our Kenmore clinic.
Responsible for preparing patients for their appointment by obtaining photo identification, signature of various consent forms & associated required paperwork.
The customer service representative maintains and coordinates patients schedule for the providers & clinical staff, ensures smooth patient flow throughout the clinic, and fields incoming phone calls, shared email inboxes and faxes.
An ideal candidate would demonstrate the ability to work both as a team and independently, have a strong sense of multitasking & great communication skills.
$17-$20/hour. Monday through Friday
