The Customer Service Associate will pleasantly assist all customer calls by providing technical knowledge, determining product needs, entering orders correctly, handling complaints, and successfully connecting the caller to the correct department or person on a part-time basis

Essential Functions
• Answer incoming calls & transfer them when necessary
• Provide friendly assistance to customers with their orders
• Provide on the phone education to Clinicians, office personnel in the use of product related systems
• Assist lab customers with product usage and offer technical resolution via E-mail and phone
• Prepare and enter customer orders
• Provide friendly support to Clinical and Technical sales team, including Inside Sales
• Issue RMAs for dealer return, and credit and rebills for the laboratory customers when needed
• Execute and maintain daily salesforce.com interactions
• Provide customer assistance in tracking packages, locating or replacing orders
• Maintain working knowledge of all relevant procedures

Your Qualifications
• Previous customer service experience required.
• Experience in a product-related environment preferred.
• Experience in a product-related environment preferred.
• ERP/CRM experience a plus
