Customer Service in Amherst, NY

Customer service for busy retail florist. Answering phones, waiting on customers., processing orders, delivery confirmations. Must be computer knowledgeable . This is a part time to full time position. Must be flexible with weekly schedule. Must be available weekends and holidays. This is not a job for someone with a full time job already. Looking for someone dependable and has a good work ethic.
