Salary Range: $20-50/hr based on experience

Scarpone & Sons, Inc. is growing and looking to build the best skilled crews in Western New York. We’re currently hiring Crew Leaders for residential window and siding installation projects.
Location: Office based in Depew, NY; job sites throughout WNY.
Pay: $20-$50 per hour, based on experience, plus commission opportunities.
Schedule: Full-time

Qualifications:
• Experience with windows, doors, and light framing preferred
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Reliable transportation to job sites
• Valid NYS Drivers License
