The Cooler/Warehouse Clerk Reports to both the Cooler and Warehouse Supervisors.

Primary Tasks:

Warehouse: 30%
•Receipt of raw materials (packaging, ingredients, and fruit) in our ERP system.
•Receipt of raw materials (packaging, ingredients, and fruit) in our ERP system.

Cooler Support: 70%
•Invoicing: Gather all the outbounds, check lot codes and quantities BOL’s for all outbound activity and submit to Cost Accounting
•Organize daily customer orders into the “Daily Folder System”, includes LTL’s.
Generate Daily Pick Sheets for Cooler Personnel
•Phone Support:
•Inbound/outbound appointments
•Interplant communications
•Combine Daily Pick Sheets
•Back-up Cost Accounting to ensure all lot #’s for the same is correct; this must be completed before submitting to the AR Dept.).
•Daily review of the freezer to ensure correct FIFO is being utilized. (inventory for R&D and Sales Samples)
•Data Entry:
•NCD inbound: Product is received immediately after receipt to validate accuracy.
•Shipping and down grade analysis reports
•Maintain daily shipping logs
•Manage pallet supplier website with usage
•Sales Sample Support: Direct point of contact for sales sample orders that are shipped out of the West Seneca Culture Facility. This will include collecting, packing, shipping, and tracking all sales sample orders.
