Medaille College is looking for a Computer Specialist to provide technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, software and network-related issues. This position will respond to helpdesk queries both in-person and over the phone. This position will be responsible for running diagnostic programs, isolating the problem, and determining and implementing a solution.

Requirements include but not limited to:
1. Field help desk calls and coordinate problem resolution
2. Learn and become proficient with Medaille’s core technologies
3. Support other IT project leads and team members in the support, testing and training of the user base on business applications.
4. Evaluate documented resolutions and help contribute to the resolutions library. Develop help sheets and FAQ lists for end users.

The successful candidate must possess strong written and oral communication skills, the ability to manage their time effectively as well as the ability to work in a team-oriented environment,
