Community Residence Aides in Buffalo, NY

Community Residence Aides (CRAs) in our Residential Services Department work within our group homes and treatment apartment settings to provide person-centered support and services to adults living with a mental health diagnosis. CRAs will provide support with daily living activities and skill-building, recreation & leisure activities; while modeling, teaching, and advocating for them to achieve their highest level of independence to enable their fullest participation in the community. CRAs are responsible for the supervision and safety of those residing at their site, medication administration, medical appointment participation, and household chores and cleaning. Paid training is provided. Minimum Qualifications: H.S. Diploma/GED AND 6 months experience in customer service or other person-centered interactive position, plus valid NYS Driver's License with acceptable driving record.

Locations are staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Full-time or Part-time(weekend) positions are available.

Base rate: 17.50/hr. Shift differential for the afternoon, overnight, and weekend shifts.
