Hartloff Benefit Solutions is looking for a Client Account Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, can communicate with clients from employees to executives, and has a strong sense of ownership over their work. What You’ll Do:
• Own the renewal process for a defined book of business
• Prepare and present pricing and plan designs
• Coordinate and lead open enrollment meetings for mid-size and large clients
• Serve as the point of escalation for service-related issues
• Process employer and employee paperwork
• Follow internal processes and meet all critical deadlines
• Build and maintain meaningful client relationships across all organizational levels
• Track client activity using internal CRM systems and tools
• Use Microsoft Excel and enrollment platforms to manage client data
• Stay informed on industry trends and plan changes
What We’re Looking For:
• Strong communication skills written, verbal, and presentation
• High level of detail orientation and time management
• Business acumen and confidence to engage with stakeholders at all levels
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to juggle competing priorities
• Friendly, professional demeanor with a “can-do” attitude
• Solid technical skills, especially in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
What You Need:
• 2–3 years in a client service or account management role (benefits/insurance preferred)
• Life, Accident & Health license—or to acquire within 90 days
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Valid NYS driver’s license (local travel to client meetings required)
