Cell/Assembly Associate in East Aurora, NY

Salary Range: 18.50-20.00 per hour

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Cell Associate will perform multiple tasks simultaneously within a work cell. This position requires the associate to setup and run multiple pieces of equipment and or process steps at the same time, multitasking between process steps and equipment. This position is generally contained within a work cell and requires an associate to stand and move about within a cell throughout the work hours.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, Productivity and Housekeeping standards and metrics
- Perform setup of equipment, autowinders, meters, thermal shock etc.
- Meeting of daily throughput requirements
- Standard work sequences associated with cellular manufacturing
- Performs multiple tasks simultaneously within a work cell
- Setup and run multiple pieces of equipment and/or process steps such as but not limited to: Auto winding, Lead Straightening, Molding, Cut & Fold, Loading, Deflashing, Printing/Laser, Testing, Soldering, Cleaning, Coating/Varnishing, Visual inspection, and Packaging

$18.50-$20.00/hour plus benefits.
