North Forest Research is a growing organization focused on delivering high-quality information and customer engagement. As we expand, we are looking for a dedicated and driven Call Manager
to build and lead our customer service operations from the ground up.

Position Overview:
We’re seeking a motivated Call Manager to hire, train, and manage a small team of customer service agents. This is a ground-floor opportunity with significant potential for growth. The right candidate will play a key role in shaping our communication strategies and scaling our customer support as our operations expand. $20/hour.

Key Responsibilities:
• Recruit, onboard, and train a team of customer service agents
• Develop call scripts, training materials, and support workflows
• Monitor team performance and ensure quality customer interactions
• Create systems to track productivity and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with other departments to align messaging and service delivery

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in a call center or customer service management role
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with call center tools and CRM systems is a plus
• Ability to work independently and scale a team
