• Behavioral Health Specialist:
The ideal candidate will:
-utilize a person center approach to engage clients and provide education about services available
-conduct an interview and begin comprehensive assessment with each client to identify needs and triage to appropriate level of care
-provide direct service to clients in clinic and community settings including crisis intervention and resource provision
-create relationships with community resources for coordination of care, follow up, and linkages
-provide updates and communications to all members of the treatment team
-complete appropriate screenings and required paperwork though episode of care
