Automotive Technician in Lancaster, Ny

We are looking for a very knowledgeable Automotive Technician with great people skills.
Job would entail splitting time between working on cars, mentoring other technicians, and working to ensure customers are happy.
Not a strictly 'in-shop' job.
Bonus plan is second to none and starting pay rate depends on ability but is above average.
We have the happiest employees in WNY.
We only work 4 1/2 days a week and have ALL WEEKENDS OFF.
