Athletic Director in Buffalo, NY

Salary Range: 40,000/year

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Athletic Director to oversee our sports programs and activities. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sports, education, and student development.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement athletic programs that promote teamwork, skill development, and sportsmanship
- Coordinate and schedule athletic events, practices, and competitions
- Recruit, train, and supervise coaching staff
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards
- Manage budgets for athletic programs and facilities
- Collaborate with administration, club staff, parents, and community members to support athletic initiatives
- Provide mentorship and guidance to student-athletes

Qualifications:
- Four-year degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience in Physical Education or similar.
- Previous experience in sports coaching or athletic administration
- Knowledge of a variety of sports such as basketball, soccer, flag football, cheerleading, etc.
- Ability to educate and motivate students in physical education and sportsmanship
- Experience working with students in an educational setting
- Strong leadership and organizational skills

Must have a Valid NYS driver's license and transportation.
