Crisis Services, a nonprofit organization, is seeking a FT Advocate Supervising Counselor. This position is responsible is responsible for assisting the Director and Advocate Department Management Team in the oversight of the Advocate Department Operations and staff. This position provides leadership and direct supervision to staff on the Case Management Team. The Advocate Department of Crisis Services is Erie County's Rape Crisis Center and a licensed Non-Residential Domestic Violence Service Provider in New York State. The Department provides comprehensive victim services to individuals who have experienced sexual assault, domestic violence, family violence and/or elder abuse. The position requires mandatory Administrative On-Call shifts in addition to regularly scheduled 40-hour work week. The regular hours are Monday-Friday, with some evening and/or weekends required as needed. Master’s degree in social work, public health, mental health counseling, or related degree. Correlating licensure where available. Proof of Covid-19 Vaccination required.
