As our Admissions Director, you’ll be the driving force behind our student recruitment and enrollment success. You’ll inspire future beauty professionals by showcasing the TSPA experience, guiding them toward a life-changing career in the beauty industry.

-Serve as the face of TSPA Buffalo—building relationships with prospective students and their families
-Lead engaging presentations and campus tours that excite and inspire

-Drive enrollment growth by implementing strategic outreach and marketing efforts

Role:
-Meet with prospective students and families, conducting career planning sessions and Academy tours
-Respond professionally to email/phone inquiries
-Conduct visits at local high schools to connect with students and counselors
-Coordinate career fairs, open houses and other on campus events
-Follow a predefined system, yet remain flexible to adapt to an ever-changing environment
Responsibilities to Execute Role at Highest Level:
-Track inquiries and compile accurate reporting directly to Academy owners
-Schedule appointments with prospective students
-Enter and update student profile information in software tracking system
-Enroll students, compiling class start dates/end dates
-Conduct student orientations and all required paperwork
-Update catalog/student handbook/SAP documents when necessary
-Follow the Academy policies and procedures
-Attend staff meetings & system wide trainings
Qualifications and Skills:
-Outgoing, with a warm, confident personality
-Self-motivated, with a can-do attitude
-Enthusiastic about helping people
-Team player, with a positive outlook
-Ability to maintain a professional appearance and manner
-Capability to multi-task and support multiple projects at the same time
-Comfortable with technology and social media
-Admissions experience strongly preferred
-Proven track records of meeting and exceeding sales goals – 3 + years of sales experience required

Job Type: Full-Time: Occasional evening and weekend availability required.
