The primary roles of the Hamburg Presbyterian Church’s administrative assistant are to execute daily secretarial and informational activities within the church, including the monthly newsletter, and to coordinate activities by members, volunteers, and staff. The ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing with the Pastor/Head of Staff, other employees, and members towards the common goals of the church, is essential.
Part-Time: 20-25 hrs per week

Skills required:
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Publisher, and Outlook.
• Able to actively manage the church’s social media accounts (FB, YouTube, etc).
• Able to coordinate Zoom meetings.
• Must be self-motivated and work without oversight.
• Able to manage mailings in bulk, as needed.
• Able to update the website with the weekly bulletin and monthly newsletter.
