Provide assistance with the coordination, book keeping, scheduling and administration of LCDC programs, grants and activities, for the City of North Tonawanda. Establish and maintain a chart of accounts. Collect business loan payments and make bank deposits. Prepare loan amortization schedules. Establish and maintain payroll records. Record data and generate reports in QuickBooks Pro. Prepare and provide year-end financial records and information needed for the annual audit. Experience with non-profit organizations, grant funded programs and state contracts preferred.
Part time; 20 hours per week; 10-2, or other family friendly hours.
