Accountant/Bookkeeper in Depew, NY

Salary Range: $25.00-$34.99

We are looking for an experienced Accounting specialist/Bookkeeper to join us.
An ideal candidate for this position will have a keen attention to detail, organization skills, and will be committed to effectively managing accounting records.
Candidate will also have month end financials experience, intermediate accounting knowledge, bank reconciliation knowledge, as well as payable and receivables.

What will you be doing:
- All accounting functions
- Maintaining the General Ledger
- Balance Sheet accounting
- Bank Account management and reconciliation
- Weekly/Monthly/Annual reports & Closings
- Prepare monthly & Annual financial statements
- Oversee inventory and cost accounting through monthly reporting & reconciliations.
- Cash management
- Credit monitoring
- Assist with the preparation for the full years forecast by product line for interim forecast updates.
- Payroll for Daily invoices and Equipment invoices
