Hanson Sign Companies is nationally known in the industry as a leading wholesale sign
manufacturer. We are based in the Jamestown, NY area and are operating under new ownership since June 2016. Strong sales growth has created opportunities for several new positions in our Falconer, NY manufacturing facility.

Responsible to provide quotes to and take orders from our established and new customers. Handle customer service matters and final inspection of customer orders prior to shipment Communication with customers occurs primarily by phone, e-mail.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Responsible to service customers through phone and e-mailed
correspondence. The majority of leads are generated through contracts the company has
secured with National Account Programs or that are assigned to the Account Executive by Senior management. The development of strong service relationships with retail sign companies and key personnel employed with National Account Programs is expected. Account Executives develop and provide customers with comprehensive, detailed quotes using established catalog pricing methodology and consult with Senior Sales Management on calculations required for more complex quotes. Follow up on quotes, determine additional customer needs or objections and work with Senior Management to identify potential solutions or incentives to close the sale. Account Executives must learn and understand the manufacturing process to be able to correctly identify components necessary to create signage desired by customer and to provide alternatives. Inspect completed signage to identify any quality defects prior to crating and shipping. Work with production and the customer to resolve any quality related concerns that may arise in a manner that insures a satisfied customer at the lowest cost to Hanson Sign. Follow up with customers and the Business Management when needed to secure late payments. Always present a professional image of the company to customers.

JOB REQUIREMENTS (Knowledge & Critical Skills): Strong communication skills and attention to detail is critically important, ability to work with others in a team environment, multitasking is critical. Ability to carry out the marketing plan and work without supervision. Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office, knowledge in general office equipment: fax, copiers, calculator, credit card processing. Associates degree or higher preferred.
